Shipping policy

Order processing times:

Orders placed on the ABUS USA web store will be processed and charged immediately, and will ship within 1-2 business days.  ABUS USA is open Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm MST and is not open on weekends or holidays.  

Note: Once an order is placed, it is very difficult to cancel prior to shipping.  


Domestic and international shipping options:

ABUS USA is only authorized to ship locks and helmets within the United States.  Keys can be shipped to both the United States and Canada

 

Shipping method:

All orders will ship via FedEx ground from Phoenix, AZ.

 

Shipping costs:

All orders will incur a $10 flat rate shipping charge.  From time to time, a free shipping offer may be available but may or may not be compatible with other promo codes offering deep discounts.
