Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
You can return any unused/unworn item(s) purchased from www.abususa.com within 30 days of receiving the order. We are not able to process returns for ABUS items purchased from a retailer or from any other on-line seller through this site. **Please note, custom or personalized items cannot be returned.**
If you created an ABUS customer account, you can start the return process directly in your customer account. If you have placed your order as a guest, you can email us at customerservice@abus.com to receive a Return Authorization number (RA#) and instructions on how to process your return.
Please include your name, mailing address, and order number for us to access the order information. We will reply with a return authorization number (RA#) and instructions on how to return your ABUS item(s).
All returns must be shipped to:

Please properly pack the product(s) you wish to return in a box suitable for parcel shipping, with the RA# clearly marked on the outer carton. Include the original packaging with sufficient packing materials to ensure that product arrives in new, sellable condition. Do not put shipping labels directly on retail packaging.
Clearly write the RA# on the outside of your shipping carton.
Refunds
Once your return arrives at our warehouse and the return has been approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days. Refunds will be made via the payment method used for the order. Shipping costs will not be refunded, only the purchase price of the product and any applicable sales tax. If you do not see a refund within 15 days, please contact customerservice@abus.com for assistance.
Note: Returned products must be in new, unused condition, and returned in the original packaging in sellable condition. ABUS reserves the right to reject product due to damage caused by insufficient packaging. ABUS is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged, so please declare the correct product value when returning a product.
If you made a purchase during a promotional period that included a free gift with purchase, the free gift must also be returned in new, unused condition to receive a full refund. If the free gift is not returned, we will deduct the regular retail value (MSRP) of the free gift from the refund amount.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Final Sale Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
